SENIOR SESSION: Blake CO 2019

I'm not an overly competitive person...

I can be...if I get all psyched up and/or angry at my younger brother and then I want to win at all costs because baby brother can't beat big sis, that would mess up the time warp continuum and...

i digress...

The fact of the matter is that it utterly intrigues me when I encounter people (Seniors particularly) that are very passionate about a skill or talent of which they've honed...

Blake loves golf...

He's talented in many things, but golf is his passion...

Funny story: when we met up for his session, after getting all the necessary permissions to utilize the golf course in the early morning, the grounds keeper came out to meet us to inform us that it frosted overnight and we would now need to wait until the greens defrosted before we could take pictures on them...

so much for perfect planning...but, Blake wasn't phased..in fact, it worked to our benefit because he was completely warmed up and ready to shine with the vision we had for his pictures that would encapsulate the talent & passion he has for his sport....

Blake is gracious and reserved, humble and thoughtful, determined and committed...

I've said it multiple times this year and I'm con-fuddled as to how I am privileged enough to meet these students that just amaze me with their maturity and respect.

Congratulations Blake on a fantastic Senior Year!!!
