FAMILY SESSION: 33 degrees sweets...

We're coming down to the end of the season, and that means my time is spent mostly INdoors now.  All through the months of September and October, I was flitting around with back to back sessions, only sitting down long enough to load and double save all the images from a session.

I can't express the HAPPY I feel when I, now, get to go back and reminisce through sessions...remembering the "moments"...and truly being grateful for the opportunities I've been given...especially in this upcoming season of thanks!

It was 33 degrees on this particular Sunday morning...

in FALL mind you...

in OHIO...

I suppose it's par the course around here...

I wish I could control the weather...and the wind...and the sunshine...

BUT...seeing as I can't...I try do the next best thing...

and that is to run around like a headless chicken, acting silly and being as distracting from the cold, as I can for the sake of all the littles (and let's face it...the biggers too!)...

I know that family pictures are important...and for some, it can be a "stressy" thing...I'd rather my families come away feeling not only "thankful" that they got that checked off their 'to-do' list, but also feeling like they had some FUN together...that memories were made, and they'll be able to look back on it and smile!

This seriously was the coldest day we had had to date in October...and the fact that it was morning with the sun just popping up didn't warm things up too quickly to be sure...

but, it didn't deter them...they drove almost an hour to get to meet me...and so we made the most of it...

and I hope you'll agree that the genuine smiles below demonstrate that despite the temperatures, we did just that!
