FAMILY SESSION: Little Gentleman

I don't know what it's like to raise boys.

From being an Auntie to 10 of them, I can venture to say that it's a tad different than raising girls.  I don't mean that in the sense of obedience or respect, as I believe those are qualities that can be instilled in a child no matter a prince or princess! However, there is the matter of "wiring", or perhaps energy level and even interests if we want to get into stereotypes...

I think though, with that level of energy there comes a specific set of "opportunities" if you will :)

This family has it mastered already!

I know they'll roll their eyes at me as they read this, and deny it up and down, but I need to tell you that I've not met a more well-mannered big brother than this little guy pictured below.

He's articulate, thoughtful, kind...he's aware of his surroundings and in tune with the feelings of others (including a ridiculous lady with a camera!) And yet, he's all into adventure and nature and rough and tumble too!

Little brother will soon realize that he's got a sibling that will always have his back and will cheer him on his whole life!

I couldn't have been more pleased with the spontaneity and smiles during our quaint foray!
