SENIOR SESSION: Cali

It wasn't until we had looked through Cali's outfits and started chatting about the plan for our session that her mom and I started looking at each other funny...

We had this niggling feeling that we "knew" each other from somewhere...

We went through the usual...what school? what church? name some friends? who is your husband?

and then it hit us!!!

WE HAD BEEN ON VACATION TOGETHER!

I'm not even kidding you...

WE HAD BEEN OUT OF THE COUNTRY TOGETHER...

Infact, we, along with our husbands, had been on my most favorite "out of country" trip that I've ever been on, to the tiny island of Nevis...

It turns out that our husbands work together and had both had the opportunity to travel on the same"President Club" trip about 4-5 years ago.

Of course I took all this newly acquired knowledge with grace & poise and a gentle smile  crazy excitement and immediately went searching on my phone photo albums to, sure enough, have a picture of her & her husband on the boat getting us to said island!!!

What are the chances?

Well...that obviously set the tone for the remainder of our time together and you can well imagine, I was a bundle of enthusiasm and happiness...

And this isn't even the tip of the iceberg for our session, because Cali is GORGEOUS...she's an absolute natural in front of the camera and her mom insists, she takes after her daddy...

I enjoyed the lightness and candor between Cali & her mom...

Cali is greatly loved and it is evident in her confidence and sweet disposition.  She has been poured into throughout her life, which allows her to be generous and kind in her dealings with others...

I hope you'll enjoy these extra sneak peeks from her Senior Session!
