InHOME Lifestyle: Dream Come True

The nursery is filled with  something reminiscent of "dreamland"...the lightly painted walls, the counting sheep hanging overhead and the sweet and dreamy paintings & words on the shelves...

it is a safe haven...

It's present and real and now...

and yet, in just the couple weeks since I've been to their home, I know that their little man has already changed greatly...

time keeps marching on...

rightly so, we are caught up in the present...in the BEing...in the moments that we soak up...

it's hard for our hearts and minds to grasp that this WILL change...this nursery will turn into a big boy room and there won't be a need for a crib or changing table any longer...

sure, that isn't for awhile in the future, but it will come...because time keeps marching on...

Inhome sessions help to capture a specific chapter in the story of life...

This gentle momma cuddles up in the chair and reads to her precious, long awaited little boy...she will be his first love...his daddy will be the voice that will calm him and give him security...together, they are building a home where their little one will know that he belongs...

it is an honor and privilege to be invited into the homes of families...and in doing so, I know that I'm meeting kindred spirits that share the same desire to remember...to document...to embrace the beautiful mess that is our life...to love the little details...to make meaningful, the seemingly mundane...

it is a gift...
