FAMILY SESSION: For Real...

No, your eyes do not deceive you...

They are just as classy as they appear...

their "story" is easy to tell because it's not hidden behind a wall of "perception" that they "fake"...

These smiles are genuine...

they are coming from teasing banter between siblings...
from unexpected hugs and silly jokes...
from putting dad on the spot and threatening to kiss baby brother...

friends, this is the REAL...

Life is busy and active...it's full and crazy...it's unexpected and yet you've gotta make plans...

What makes it work is
commitment
and relationship
and showing up consistently...

it's what this family does on a daily basis...

We all wish for more time in our days, but we're only given 24 hours...

This family recognizes that we don't have as much control over circumstances that we think we do...and so, they hone in on what they can control...on what they can invest in...

and that is how they choose to love on one other...

Mom and Dad are committed...they show up...
they show up for each other AND for their children...

Sure, life is hectic, but noone doubts they are loved...they do not doubt that Mom & Dad are "all in" and cheering them all on...

It doesn't mean things will be perfect...it doesn't mean that everything will go according to plan...

But, it does mean that they are there for each other no matter the situation..
it does mean that they always know that Family has their backs...
it does mean that in the little moments, we can each make a choice to consider one another first...

and those little moments build into a lifetime...

and in turn...there comes security and confidence and service and kindness...

and eventually...it will lead to a legacy...

This tiny little session...this crazy little snapshot in time started because these kids decided to love on their momma...

A little moment of sacrifice...because of all the other little moments leading up to it...

It's a beautiful thing...
