3 Boys and a Princess

I'm not sure what drew me to her the very first time...

We went to church together, but it wasn't like we were in any of the same circles...

Perhaps it was because I had just had my last baby and she was having her first...

or maybe it was the teacher thing in us...or the fact that she reminded me so much of my little sister, Sarah in her stature...

who knows...whatever it was...she got stuck with me...

so much so, that this past winter, I even begged her to let me come over and just visit...I promised to bring coffee!!

This is a warning to you all...I'm a clingy being...and once I latch on...oh, honey...just be prepared!

I'm found though, that I"m often drawn to my opposites in personalities and therefore, they know just how to handle my "crazy" with their own dose of "level-headed-calm-take-it-a-notch-down-colleen" approach!

She's married to her best friend and they work as a team...

They need to with 3 boys in the house...and when they decided to add one more kiddo...they were just as surprised that it was a girl, the same as us! 

She's a well loved little baby...who will be fiercely protected by her big brothers...

Although, I've got to imagine that she'll learn how to fend for herself just fine with all their "teaching" and such...

I thoroughly enjoy the opportunity to hang with them and grab some moments...

Beth hangs the pictures up all over her house...(remember when I mentioned that I begged to visit??) Yes, well, I then proceeded to take a stroll around her house so I could oooo and ahhhh over all the frames and gallery displays...

She loves photography like I do...

I suppose that's yet another thing that draws me to her!
