InHome LIFESTYLE: Little Brother is HERE!!!

They say "with age comes wisdom"...

I know, I know...sometimes "age comes alone"...

but, I'd like to believe that the older I get, the more clearly I see the "reality" in front of me...

because of my life experiences, I know that some of that "wisdom" can be tainted with a level of cynicism and such...but, at the same time, there is a measure of "embracing the NOW" that is refreshing and secure and altogether lovely...for which I am thankful...

letting go of the stress of trying to be perfect...

This is the joy of lifestyle photography...taking in the short spans of time of YOUR life, YOUR home, YOUR family...owning that season of life...and choosing to see all the good, all the wonder, all the happiness that is wrapped up in that moment...

I met this family when their daughter was first born and I've been privileged to photograph them each year since...and now with the birth of their son...

They work as a team in this thing called "parenting" and I appreciate the love they shower onto their children, and also the boundaries and potential they see in them as well...

I love the HAPPY and the SILLY...and I love the respect & honor they are instilling in them as well...

It's not easy coaxing a not quite 2 year old to interact with her baby brother in a way that demonstrates the authenticity of their relationship, but is also "safe" (if you get what I'm saying)...however, the easy of their interaction is sweet...

I think you'll enjoy these as much as I have...
