Hope: (n) a feeling of expectation and desire for a certain thing to happen.

I'm not sure there is another time in one's life where "hope" is more prevalent...

Some may argue, and I understand...I've been at the altar and had amazing hope, I've birthed my children and had such incredible hope for their futures...there are many times in my life where hope has been welcomed and even clung to...

but the "hope" that is recognized in that final year of high school...that hope that is accompanied by anxious anticipation, sometimes a fear of the unknown...of what lies ahead...

the idea that your entire life as you've known it, is about to change...independence is about to become a stark reality...childish things are put behind, and facing the future as an adult...going out into the world...

well, it's HUGE

but, it's that underlying HOPE...that expectation...that determination and drive, that even in the midst of unknowns...of choices that must be made...of figuring out who are you are and what you were created to do...it's a driving force...

Nate has had a home where committment, values and love are cultivated...That recipe includes lots of humor and fun...goal-setting, thoughtful communication...determination & drive...modeling grace and knowing you are always welcome and will forever belong!
