Bright eyes

It seems like I keep coming in contact with so many new moms lately...it's just exciting, refreshing, endearing and just downright FUN:) 

This bright-eyed beauty was nearly 2 months old when I first got to meet her...she wanted to stay awake the whole time and not miss a thing.  You could tell that her mommy just felt comfortable and so at ease in her "role" and I can't tell you how refreshing it is to meet moms that just wholeheartedly enjoy being with their young ones...

Because I remember the sleepless nights and the crying and the "what am I doing wrong?" feelings that first plagued me in the beginning...I haven't met a mom yet that was as panicky and worrisome as me...and it just makes me so happy for them...they are able to take things in stride and enjoy the journey of motherhood right from the beginning:)
